Returns/Exchanges Policy


Returns/Exchanges 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We only accept exchanges for items that have been received damaged or defective. 
You may exchange your unused Fabric Backdrop for a different size if you ordered the incorrect size, you will be responsible for postage and costs.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To complete your return, we require photographs of any damage or defects. 

All products must be returned using a trackable shipping method.



Refunds (if applicable) 
If you are approved for any sort of refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Paypal account, within 15 business days.

 

Sale items (if applicable) 
All sale itens are not eligible for exchange or return.
These items are sold "as is" with any faults marked in product description.

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if you have ordered the wrong size and wish to exchange the unused backdrop in original condition for another size.

Digital Backdrops
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds due the digital nature of our products.

 

Shipping 
All products will be shipped to the Shipping Address provided with your order. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to reship your order in the event the Shipping Address provided is incorrect.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item eligible for exchange.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • For Fabric Backdrops or Props:

 If you decide to cancel your order, Restocking/Handling fees may apply:

- Cancelling before 04 hours order's placed in our system: No fees will apply.

- Cancelling after 04 hours order's placed in our system & and before shipping updates: 10% restocking/handling will be deducted.
